Overview of the Eurokey App

The Eurokey App provides users with information on the locations of Eurokey-compatible facilities across Switzerland. It enables searches for Eurokey-equipped installations either within the user's immediate vicinity or at a selected location. The app supplies essential details for each facility and allows users to report any installations that have not yet been documented.

Eurokey grants access to elevators, lifts, accessible changing rooms and restrooms, as well as other facilities designed for individuals with disabilities. The universal key aims to improve accessibility and foster greater independence in daily life, facilitating more manageable travel planning. Eurokey-enabled locations are accessible outside conventional operating hours and are protected against misuse and vandalism.

The Eurokey is intended for individuals with severe mobility limitations, visual impairments, chronic gastrointestinal or bladder conditions, or those with stomas. Applications can be made via www.eurokey.ch.
